The eviction of families and demolition of homes is also a particular problem, including for the traditional herding communities living on the outskirts of the city. As more settlers move to the area, settler and military violence and harassment has increased and stop-searches, raids and arbitrary arrests have become frequent. EAs work alongside a number of Israeli and Palestinian peace groups to monitor and report on all of these issues.
