You can read blogs about the Jordan Valley here.
The forceful confiscation and reallocation of Palestinian-owned land is one of the many problems facing those living under occupation in the Jordan Valley. This policy has rendered approximately 94% of the land in the Jordan Valley inaccessible to the Palestinians who own it. The confiscation and diversion of underground fresh water supplies to illegal Israeli settlements in the area has also crippled the local agricultural economy for Palestinians.
The demolition of Palestinian homes is also a particular problem for those living in the Jordan Valley as well as the forceful eviction of Palestinians from their homes and land to make way for illegal Israeli military exercises.
EAs work alongside a number of Israeli and Palestinian peace groups to monitor and report on all of these issues.
EAs serving in the Jordan Valley cover all of the Jericho and Tubas Governorates.
